Facilities

Here you can find information on our facilities and how we train.

 

TRAINING

 

Along with our team of coaches we have all the facilities to train you to be the best.

We can provide gloves for those without, however we do recommend getting your own.

They are always better if you shop around and find the right pair for you.





 



Open padwork is one of our many methods of training for both Seniors and Juniors.



Using a round timer we also have general fitness training as this is a core element to becoming a champion.

This includes skipping, shadow boxing, and general workouts such as sit-ups, etc.









We also have our own small sparring ring, perfect for those who want to boost their confidence.


Coaches can spar with you or set up a sparring session with one of the lads.
